A Message from our CEO on PureSky’s ESG Initiatives

At PureSky Energy, our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is at the heart of everything we do. As stewards of environmental leadership, we recognize the immense responsibility we must not only provide clean, renewable energy but also to foster a culture of sustainability within our organization and the communities we serve.

Our sustainability initiatives go beyond our core business operations. We are dedicated to minimizing PureSky's environmental footprint through innovative practices and technologies. Our goal is to increase PureSky's renewable energy capacity by 340% from July 2024 through the end of 2026, significantly contributing to global efforts to combat climate change. Good governance is the foundation of our ESG strategy. We uphold the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. By engaging with our stakeholders and maintaining open lines of communication, we ensure that our actions align with the values and expectations of those we serve.

Beyond our core business of renewable energy, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. We encourage sustainable habits both in the office and in the field, where we supply employees with reusable water bottles, sorted trash disposal, and instill practices aimed to minimize waste -- ensuring that every aspect of our business operations contributes to a healthier planet.

Social Responsibility and Community Engagement

We believe in the power of community and are actively involved in various volunteer initiatives. Our employees dedicate over 1,000 hours annually to community service projects, ranging from environmental cleanups to educational programs. We are proud to support local organizations that align with our values and contribute to the betterment of society.

Employee Well Being and Development

At PureSky Energy, we understand that our employees are our greatest asset. We promote a culture of well-being and continuous learning. Our sustainability training programs empower employees to adopt and advocate for sustainable practices both at work and in their personal lives. By the end of 2024, we aim to have 100% of our employees trained in sustainability best practices, ensuring a cohesive effort towards our shared goals.
