2025 Sustainability Priorities
In 2026, we are adding a few new priorities to this year with a focus on safety and building out our energy storage capabilities. A few priorities from the previous year will continue such as our continued work with community engagement and PULSE.
STRENGTHEN SAFETY CULTURE ACROSS OPERATIONS
Reinforce a culture of safety across both office and field environments by enhancing protocols, expanding training, and implementing more rigorous measurement and reporting practices.
ADVANCE ENERGY STORAGE CAPABILITIES
Increase investment in battery storage solutions to capture, store, and deploy renewable energy more efficiently, improving grid resilience and project value.
EXPAND DISTRIBUTED SOLAR ACCESS
Continue bringing community solar to new regions and smaller-scale opportunities, ensuring broader geographic reach and flexible deployment models.
STANDARDIZE BIODIVERSITY PLANNING
Revisit our approach to biodiversity at solar sites, with a focus on identifying opportunities to standardize practices that consistently support habitat preservation and ecological resilience across our portfolio.
DEEPEN COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Continue to Increase local partnerships, community education efforts, and Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) solar access through improved outreach and impact tracking.
PROMOTE DEI THROUGH PULSE
Continue empowering the PULSE committee throughout 2026 to lead internal training, celebrations, and feedback initiatives that foster a more inclusive, equitable, and engaged workplace.
