The Fort River Solar 2 community solar farm represents a successful collaborative effort between renewable energy developer, PureSky Energy, multiple public sector entities, and financial partners to deliver a clean energy project with tangible community benefits.
The solar farm’s economic benefits include reducing electricity costs by an estimated $3 million over 30+ years and contributing annual PILOT payments to the Town of Amherst.
