Jared Haines appointed Chief Executive Officer, Effective June 22, 2026

Denver, CO – June 17, 2026 – PureSky Energy, a leading developer, owner, and operator of community solar and energy storage projects in the United States, today announced the appointment of Jared Haines as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 22, 2026. Mr. Haines is a seasoned energy executive, bringing two decades of leadership experience across renewable energy and growth-stage companies. As the new CEO, Mr. Haines will lead PureSky Energy into its next phase of growth, leveraging his extensive industry expertise to scale a high-performance platform, delivering clean energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and community solar customers.

Mr. Haines previously served as CEO of Catalyze, where he drove significant business growth, leading the company to become a top distributed generation installer by 2025. Under his leadership, the company deployed 297 MW and secured more than $700 million in strategic financing partnerships. Prior to Catalyze, he held senior leadership roles at market-leading renewable energy companies such as Falck Renewables/Novis Renewables, where he developed more than 300 MW of solar and storage projects, and at NextEra Energy Resources, where he led origination efforts. His renewable energy career began as President and Co-Founder of Mercury Solar Systems where he grew the company to $100 million in revenue in just six years. This proven track record of executing complex projects and attracting capital positions Mr. Haines well to steer PureSky Energy’s next phase of expansion.
