Overview:

The Senior Manager, Project Finance, will support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing transactions with lenders and tax equity investors. This individual will collaborate with PureSky’s development, origination, and technical teams, as well as external stakeholders, to facilitate project finance transactions and assess the financial feasibility of investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Treasurer with all aspects of investor outreach, transaction origination, negotiation, diligence, and closing.

· Collaborate with PureSky’s Investments team to develop, review, and maintain complex financial models, including levered partnership flip models.

· Routinely conduct sensitivity analyses on existing projects as assumptions are refined.

· Track transaction documents and create and maintain libraries of transaction related documents.

· Participate in the development of marketing material, proposals, and bids to be presented to investors.

· Maintain relationships and facilitate communication with PureSky’s capital providers and project investors.

· Create ad-hoc reports for upper management and external parties.

· Serve as the primary liaison with PureSky’s Accounting, Finance, Development, Tax, and Asset Management teams to monitor and report on project financial status.

· Monitor market and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company's business.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline required.

· Minimum three years of experience in project finance, financial modeling, investment banking or related field.

· Experience in energy generation and knowledge of renewable energy preferred.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in teams; ability to adapt easily and accept changing situations.

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Legal eligibility to travel through the United States and Canada.

Salary:

Annual Salary $140,000 - $160,000 CAD

Bonus Opportunity: 25% of annual salary
